Chords and Melody – Flamenco Guitar (Part 2) – Explanation – #2.2

Today I will demonstrate what I played last week. The idea is to mix the chords with the melody. To do this we will be mixing chords and melody.

According to Wikipedia: “A melody is a succession of sounds that is perceived as a single [entity]. It unfolds in a linear sequence, i.e. over time, and has its own identity and meaning within a particular sound environment”.

This time we will make a melody to make chord endings and we will do it in free time, i.e. without time signature.

In the next video, we will reflect on this and I will try to explain what we have played in this video.
